Eco-friendly, highly innovative, and a valuable contribution to the energy transition: Organic Photovoltaics. Process mechanics for coating technology use various machines and systems to coat plastic films with ultra-thin, energy-generating materials. In addition, they are responsible for further processing these films into finished products and are also in charge of testing and quality control.
Your main responsibilities
- Setting up and operating machines for film coating, as well as their maintenance and servicing
- Ensuring smooth production processes and troubleshooting during malfunctions
- Ensuring the quality of the products within the scope of quality management

In 2000, I started my apprenticeship as an office communications clerk at HERING. After completing my training, I was able to take part in HERING’s junior development program. As a result, from 2007 until the birth of my first child in 2012, I held the position of Head of International Sales. After returning from parental leave in 2014, I began working as a project management assistant. Following the birth of my second child in 2016, I took another three years of parental leave.
