Ihre Aufgaben – Verantwortung, die bewegt
Als Oberbauleiter*in sind Sie zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Bereichsleitung, Bauleitungsteams und Auftraggebern. Sie übernehmen Verantwortung für:
- Projektsteuerung und Wirtschaftlichkeit: Sie stellen die wirtschaftliche Abwicklung unserer Großprojekte im Bahnbau sicher – mit dem Fokus auf Verkehrsstationen – und achten dabei auf Termine, Qualität und vertragliche sowie technische Rahmenbedingungen
- Führung auf Augenhöhe: Sie leiten Ihre Bauleitungsteams mit Respekt, Klarheit und Motivation
- Verhandlungssicherheit: Sie führen lösungsorientierte Gespräche mit Auftraggebern und Nachunternehmern – stets mit dem Ziel einer partnerschaftlichen Umsetzung

Ihr Profil – darauf bauen wir
- Abgeschlossenes Bauingenieurstudium
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Leitung von Bauprojekten – idealerweise im Bereich DB-Infrastruktur
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der VOB und im Umgang mit MS Office sowie iTWO
- Führungskompetenz, Entscheidungsfreude und ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent
- Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsstärke
- Eigenverantwortliches, zielorientiertes Arbeiten im Team

When HERING invited me in 2016 to take the entrance test, then to the interview, and finally to sign my apprenticeship contract, I was thrilled. After completing my apprenticeship, I was taken on as a project assistant in the railway construction division. I still really enjoy my work here at HERING. I can apply my knowledge and skills while also learning new ones.

In 2000, I started my apprenticeship as an office communications clerk at HERING. After completing my training, I was able to take part in HERING’s junior development program. As a result, from 2007 until the birth of my first child in 2012, I held the position of Head of International Sales. After returning from parental leave in 2014, I began working as a project management assistant. Following the birth of my second child in 2016, I took another three years of parental leave. Today, I am happy to be back on board at HERING. I mainly support International Sales and I’m very grateful for the opportunity to balance both my career and family life.

After completing a part-time distance learning program, I successfully graduated as a Construction Business Administrator in just 1.5 years! Throughout the entire training, I could fully rely on HERING’s support. Now, I’m excited to put the knowledge I gained through this qualification into practice in my work at HERING.

The main task of a train driver is to supply the construction site with the required building materials – for example, wagons with ballast or sleepers. What matters most is that the requested materials are delivered punctually and reliably. I’ve now been working in this profession for ten years. Thanks to the constantly changing work locations, it never gets boring: conditions on site are always different, and you get to meet many new people.

Already during the job interview, I was made aware of the wide range of benefits and the flexible working hours. After the birth of my first daughter, I had the opportunity to take two months of parental leave and support my wife in completing her teacher training.
