Apprenticeship Office Management Clerk

Office management clerks are true organizational talents and take care of daily office workflows. Their activities are varied and never boring: coordinating appointments and business trips, creating presentations, handling incoming mail, welcoming and supporting visitors, taking on assistant tasks, and much more. They always know what’s going on and are indispensable in any well-functioning office.

01

How long does the apprenticeship last?

Office management clerks usually start their apprenticeship on August 1st. The training period is 3 years, with the possibility of shortening it.

02

Is an apprenticeship in construction worth it?

Definitely! Here’s the current apprentice pay scale, depending on the year of training:

€1,080 | €1,200 | €1,450

On top, you’ll also receive holiday and Christmas bonuses. Plus, 30 vacation days per year. Sounds good, doesn’t it?

03

How does the apprenticeship work?

In addition to your time in the company, you will attend the vocational school Berufskolleg Wirtschaft und Verwaltung in Siegen. There are also commercial training courses at the Ausbildungszentrum der Bauindustrie NRW in Kerpen or Oberhausen. Together with our in-house lessons, this prepares you perfectly for your exams.
