Apprenticeship Track Construction Worker

We track construction workers make sure that trains can run from A to B, because we build and maintain the rail network.

The rail network runs across Germany and beyond. The prospects for the coming years are strong, as rail companies plan to build and expand more lines. That makes track workers indispensable. They are responsible for constructing and maintaining tracks and switches. They travel a lot with their teams and work on ever-changing construction sites across the country – so boredom is never an issue. Here you’ll work with heavy machinery but also with millimeter precision. A profession that truly runs on safe tracks. Do you enjoy being outdoors, working in a team, and staying flexible? Then join us!
